Job summary

Training in Tyson SAP and strong communication are essential to support safe, continuous production. Applicants should have at least 6 months of mechanic experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance program; relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of mechanic work experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance program.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment and systems.
• Must communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery as needed.
• Learn Tyson SAP to create work orders and document daily activities.
• Assist maintenance supervisor and assign techs to equipment during periods.
• Collaborate with USDA personnel, drivers, and other team members.
