Job summary

Trelleborg in Wisconsin is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee all plant facilities functions, including maintenance, utilities, safety, and space management.

You will lead the facilities team, manage external contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement initiatives to deliver reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field and strong leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing or regulated industry experience, preferably plastics/molding/sealing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates facility maintenance, grounds, heating, cooling and building projects.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and recommends improvements.
• Maintains safety compliance and regulatory requirements for the facility.
• Manages maintenance program with emphasis on planning and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Coordinates with IT, Operations, and external vendors for repairs and projects.
