Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Manager for its Bowling Green, OH plant to lead site maintenance, ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of equipment, facilities, utilities and assets.

You will drive maintenance strategy, supervise the team, plan preventive and corrective work, manage budget and spare parts, oversee contractors, and partner with production on autonomous maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and hands-on experience.
• 5+ years related Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site maintenance strategy to align with business goals.
• Lead the maintenance team with performance management and planning.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met, including TS 16949.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Manage budget, spare parts, and collaboration with production on autonomous maintenance.
