Dauch Corporation in Bowling Green, Ohio, invites applications for a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to lead the site maintenance function and ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of equipment, facilities, and utilities.

You will drive maintenance strategy, planning, and continuous improvement, comply with safety and regulatory requirements, and partner with production to improve reliability and energy efficiency. This is a leadership role within the site Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education/certifications.
• 5+ years related Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site maintenance strategy in alignment with regional and business objectives.
• Lead the maintenance team, including performance management, training, development, and organizational planning.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality requirements, including TS 16949.
• Establish and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, KPIs, and work instructions.
• Manage the maintenance budget and monitor performance against key targets.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Drive sustainable solutions to equipment breakdowns and recurring maintenance issues.
• Manage site utilities and infrastructure to ensure reliable and cost-effective operation.
• Oversee contractors and external maintenance services.
• Maintain an effective and cost-conscious spare parts management system.
• Partner with production to develop and improve autonomous maintenance.
• Participate in site safety initiatives to proactively reduce risk and prevent incidents.
• Partner with the Site Energy Manager to identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on capital planning, equipment specifications, installation, and project execution.
