Dauch Corporation is seeking an Off Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our Minerva, OH team. You will supervise maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical equipment, mentor staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations across shifts.

You will coordinate production equipment maintenance, drive productivity and quality targets, and implement cost-saving actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education.
• 5+ years experience in plant engineering and general maintenance, trouble shooting, and problem solving.
• Experienced with CNC turning equipment, facility maintenance to current codes, and compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.
• 2+ years experience progressive leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance employees by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate maintenance with cross-functional teams to meet cost standards and improve reliability.
• Document maintenance services and ensure data accuracy in logs and records.
• Fulfill shift operations plans by allocating resources and addressing issues as they arise.
