Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. seeks a Performance Technician to maintain and improve plant performance. You will perform mechanical, instrument and electrical maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines and related equipment.

The role requires troubleshooting, reading drawings, and applying strict safety practices to support reliable operations in an industrial gas facility. On-call and up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience with compressors, pumps, valves and expanders.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and electrical testing equipment is preferred.
• On-call availability and commitment to safety and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant performance across mechanical, electrical and instrument systems.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Calibrate analytical/test equipment and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with other teams to update work instructions and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
