Job summary

FXI in Santa Teresa, NM seeks a Maintenance & Controls Supervisor to lead site maintenance, oversee preventative programs, and supervise a skilled team to keep production assets running safely and efficiently. You will partner with facility management, use SAP for asset management, and drive continuous improvements in equipment reliability, safety, and process performance.

Qualifications

Experience with manufacturing maintenance in industrial environments.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
Strong reading of technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with vendor management and quotes for parts/services.

Responsibilities

Oversees preventive maintenance programs for production equipment, utilities and facilities.
Leads site maintenance activities and capital improvement projects.
Uses SAP to manage assets and optimize maintenance scheduling.
Partners with facility management to improve safety, product quality and reliability.
Supervises maintenance personnel, including workforce planning and performance management.
Develops and enforces safety policies and procedures.
Supports troubleshooting and resolution of equipment issues.
Coordinates with contractors and manages capital projects.
Ensures compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
