Winland Foods, Inc. in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Plant Engineering and Maintenance teams in planning and executing repairs, preventive maintenance, and CapEx projects.

The role oversees PM programs, MRO budgets, and safety/compliance with GMP and industry requirements; requires 7+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and CMMS/SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing or Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean, system-driven environments and CPMP/PM planning.
• Experience with CMMS (SAP preferred) and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant Maintenance and Project Management teams to repair, maintain, and install equipment.
• Own Progressive Maintenance, PM&S, DH, BDA, and KPIs to ensure reliability.
• Manage MRO budget and CapEx project oversight with contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives in maintenance.
• Provide technical support and cross-functional collaboration for downtime reduction.
• Develop training plans and manage direct reports to meet plant goals.
