Winland Foods, Inc. in North East, PA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance team responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment to maximize uptime and asset life.

The role includes budgeting, scheduling, coaching staff, and coordinating with operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for after-hours as needed, and a salary range of $93k to $138k per year with bonus

Qualifications

• 7-10 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years Supervisory/Management experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management or equivalent field of study OR equivalent highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and work knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; PLC knowledge a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the maintenance team to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory.
• Develop and manage maintenance budget and capital projects.
• Collaborate with HR and finance on staffing and budget allocations.
• Ensure GMP and safety compliance and environmental regulations.
