Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a night maintenance team member in Downingtown, PA to perform assigned duties on the plant floor.

You will work across different maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and adhere to company policies. The role offers union benefits and includes shift differential compensation.

What You'll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $31.95 per hour + $0.50 Shift Diff
