Responsibilities

• Maintain and share daily in/out records of battery pack movements.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding yard and transportation status.
• Prepare and manage documents such as delivery schedules, inbound/outbound logs, and inventory sheets.
• Use Excel to organize and report logistics data accurately.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (yard, dispatch, transportation).
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries or service-related issues in a professional manner.
