Job summary
Synstack Technologies seeks a Plant Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize plant logistics, focusing on efficient movement and storage of materials and finished products. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen is a plus.
- Knowledge of PFEP and material flow optimization is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with plant teams to support assembly line setup, ensuring efficient layout and flow.
- Apply PFEP and process-mapping techniques to streamline material movement.
- Analyze manpower, equipment installation, and commissioning in warehouse ops.
- Lead Kaizen events and layout studies to optimize logistics processes.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain to resolve material issues and improve efficiency.
