The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, statistical knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 is offered, along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in Continuous Improvement.
• 5 years experience as an operational frontline leader.
• Solid leadership skills and ability to manage across levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in business metrics and establish strategies for improvement.
