Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement professional to lead plant performance initiatives under JCBS. You will identify gaps, design future state plans, and coach teams across levels to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five+ years in Continuous Improvement and frontline leadership.
• Strong initiative and motivation to drive change.
• Solid leadership skills with ability to manage across levels.
• Basic statistics applied to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in metrics and develop improvement strategies.
• Assess plant operations and shape a future state plan.
• Coach staff and leaders in JCBS practices.
• Ensure process owners are involved in development and software projects.
