Job summary

Materion is seeking a Plant Manager, Support Services for the Elmore, OH facility to lead environmental health & safety, quality, maintenance, facilities, security, shipping & receiving and plant administrative support. You will coordinate these functions to achieve safe, compliant and efficient operations.

You will drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma, develop talent, and partner with Operations to meet on-time delivery, productivity and cost targets while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 12–15 years managerial experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Manage EH&S, Quality, Maintenance, Facilities, Security, Shipping & Receiving and Plant Administrative support.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across plant.
• Develop plant talent, leadership and succession plans.
• Serve as primary local community partner for Materion.
