Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership with plant-level responsibility.
• Strong CNC machining, job shop, tooling, and setup reduction experience.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost drivers.
• ERP/job-management system experience for scheduling and labor reporting (Plex preferred).
• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Troy site with focus on safety, culture, delivery, quality, and financial performance.
• Manage plant financials including revenue, margins, budgets, and capital planning.
• Oversee CNC machining operations, programming support, setup, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings across site operations.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Communicate priorities and results to leadership, customers, and suppliers.
