Original Composites & Fiberglass in Amarillo seeks a Plant Leader to drive safety, operational excellence, and financial performance. Reporting to the Americas Operations Director, you will own site performance, standards, and capabilities to achieve best-in-class results.

The role demands a visible, hands-on leader who creates an injury-free workplace, develops talent, and collaborates across the organization to deliver strong performance and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in a plant operations leadership role.
• Manufacturing leadership experience with safety, operations, people and performance delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional work outside manufacturing.
• Strong business and financial acumen and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, security, and environmental performance with zero injuries.
• Advance operational excellence and reliability across the plant.
• Develop talent, engage employees, and maintain community relationships.
• Translate strategy into practical priorities and measurable results.
• Own the plant MGL and manage capital and operating plans.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Commercial, and Technical teams.
• Build a diverse, high-performing leadership team with succession plans.
