Job summary

MAKS Plastics in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing, production planning, shipping, and customer order fulfillment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role leads production, maintenance, safety, quality, staffing, and process improvements, partnering with engineering to maximize efficiency, asset utilization, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience as Plant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in rotational molding plastics environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, budgeting, and people management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage daily plant operations to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure on-time shipping and product quality goals.
• Lead safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budget.
• Allocate resources and maximize asset utilization.
