Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens and molds to produce high-quality plastic parts.
• Fill molds with resin and safely secure them for production.
• Remove finished parts after heating and cooling cycles.
• Inspect products and identify quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support teammates and help wherever needed.

Skills

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment

Comfortable working in heat, noise, and at heights (up to 15 ft)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
