Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Broad knowledge of CNC machining, assembly, quality control, and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to implement KPI-driven performance management and standardized procedures.
• Strong shop-floor leadership and ability to engage an experienced workforce.
• Effective communication with executive leadership and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to live and work in a small manufacturing community.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities across CNC machining, assembly, quality, and shipping/receiving.
• Develop and implement performance metrics, reporting standards, and review routines.
• Maintain a hands-on leadership presence on the production floor and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate talent, coach employees, and adjust the organization to build an effective team.
• Standardize processes with documented procedures and repeatable standards.
• Collaborate with the CEO and ownership to improve plant performance and growth strategy.
