Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success with full plant P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
