Job summary

Eaton’s Mobility Business is seeking a Plant Manager for their Kearney facility. This role will oversee plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness are met in alignment with the Eaton Business System.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years in management and 7 years in manufacturing, especially within automotive. The expected salary range is $165,000 to $242,000 annually, including incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Plant leadership team to deliver safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Develop and execute roadmap to achieve world class manufacturing metrics.
• Ensure continued improvement in all balanced scorecard indicators.
