Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in manufacturing operations management.
• BS degree in business management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive change and productivity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and PC skills.
• Strong Lean manufacturing experience with CI tools.
• Ability to hold others accountable and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and OSHA compliance in the plant.
• Lead to improve KPI performance: production, quality, on-time delivery.
• Monitor operations and take corrective actions to meet goals.
• Develop and coach managers and staff; manage performance.
• Minimize scrap and returns; track quality indicators.
• Implement Lean methods and continuous improvement.
