Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Layout Design Engineer to deliver state-of-the-art layouts for cement, waste management, power and other heavy-industry facilities. You will define plot plans, mass flow diagrams, and 2D/3D models, coordinating with engineers and suppliers to meet safety, schedule and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and 3–5 years of experience in plant facilities design, with proficiency in NavisWorks, Revit and AutoCAD. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of plant layout or process design experience in heavy industry.
• Experience with conveyors or material handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D plant layouts for CAPEX projects.
• Create mass flow diagrams, plot plans, general arrangement drawings, and equipment lists.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Managers and suppliers; ensure safety and cost effectiveness.
• Produce 2D and 3D modeling (Navis Works, Revit, AutoCAD).
