Golden State Foods is seeking a senior Plant Leadership professional to direct safety, training and Continuous Improvement initiatives for 200+ associates. The role focuses on implementing IWS, TPM, and lean practices to achieve benchmark results across the plant.

The candidate will lead the Plant Leadership Team, develop a cultural vision, and ensure sustained performance with KPI tracking and visual tools. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of IWS, TPM, lean manufacturing.
• Ability to influence across all levels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve on Plant Leadership Team to set strategies and drive results.
• Develop cultural vision for the plant as part of the IWS journey.
• Advance knowledge of CI, lean, TPM to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead integration of actions to support cultural vision and business needs.
• Build capability of site leaders to implement IWS and standards.
• Ensure CI tools drive site results and sustain improvement.
• Lead phased IWS implementation and benchmark with other plants.
• Lead OEE process including measurement, coaching and monthly reporting.
• Establish and maintain plant KPIs and visual tools.
