You will join the Plant Leadership Team to shape strategies, coach leaders, implement improvement plans, establish KPIs and visual tools, and deliver measurable results while upholding GMP/HACCP

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, and IWS.
• Ability to teach, coach, and develop others.

• Directs Plant Leadership Team and drives strategy, engagement, loss elimination and results.
• Develops the cultural vision for the plant and leads IWS implementation.
• Expands knowledge in Integrated Work Systems and best-in-class manufacturing practices.
• Leads OEE process, maintains measurement standards, coaches improvement plans.
• Establishes and maintains plant KPIs and visual tools.
• Ensures CI tools drive site opportunities and sustain improvements.
