Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Sr. Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead daily management systems that stabilize production and eliminate losses.

You will own centerline management for the line, develop team capability, and guide shift hand-offs and reviews to understand losses and coach improvements. You will also own the food safety program, equipment health checks, and quality measures on the line, ensuring standards are met and barriers are removed for quality execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing implementing Continuous Improvement tools; OR in a continuous improvement role.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing is preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the centerline Daily Management System for the line and drive improvements.
• Lead and coach the team to follow centerline Daily Management Systems with excellence.
• Lead Shift Hand-Off and Operational Reviews to identify losses and drive improvements.
• Ensure quality issues are addressed; own the quality scorecard metrics.
