Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an enthusiastic Plant Systems Specialist to drive the strategic integration and management of our manufacturing IT infrastructure. Sitting within our site operations team, this critical role connects people, processes, and technology by overseeing SQL database management, MES configurations, and quality reporting systems.

You will champion digital transformation on the plant floor, collaborating closely with local leadership and regional IT teams to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, informatics or IT.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations or core supply chain processes.
• Strong SQL database and server maintenance skills.
• Experience configuring networks bridging manufacturing and enterprise IT.
• Proven project management and training initiative experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-floor integration projects with workforce readiness and IT assets.
• Configure, test, and optimize SAP (WMS, QM, PM/EAM), SPC, and QA databases.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and IT teams to standardize processes.
• Enforce global standards for manufacturing consistency and compliance.
• Provide troubleshooting and guidance to operations teams.
