Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of local network segments, servers, shop-floor endpoints, printers, and production workstations.
• Triage and reproduce technical faults hands-on to isolate network, host, or application issues.
• Own production-affecting IT incidents from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate with network partners, ISPs, and vendors; perform root-cause analysis and update plant leadership with status notices.
• Manage local access administration and onboarding setups, including credentials, user accounts, hardware, and time clock access for plant employees.
• Provide prompt, hands-on support for local plant staff regarding computers, workstations, mobile scanners, printing equipment, conference room setups, and basic software troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Polish IT Operations team to share knowledge, ensure security compliance, and update documentation.
