MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Relationship Manager – Plant IT to serve as the IT interface for the manufacturing plant and align IT initiatives with financial, operational, and quality goals.

You will lead digitalization strategies, balance global standards with local needs, partner with delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring SOX compliance and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BPM, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including 5+ years in IT business partnership roles in manufacturing.
• Alternatively 5–8 years in IT service management with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Extensive IT leadership in partnering, service delivery, and program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Travel about 10–20% for key projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main IT interface for the Manufacturing Plant.
• Understand financial, operational, and performance drivers and align IT initiatives.
• Advocate for value‑driven digital solutions to improve safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Execute global digitalization strategies.
• Define and evolve the plant's manufacturing IT strategy and roadmap.
• Balance global IT standards with local manufacturing needs.
• Prioritize initiatives with IT delivery teams and ensure reliable execution.
• Promote the art of the possible with digital technologies in manufacturing.
• Support operations with structured analysis for critical tech issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement focused on quality, safety, productivity, and compliance.
• Participate in audits to ensure SOX compliance of IT solutions.
• Drive improvements through performance reviews and action follow‑ups.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT teams.
