Job summary

Element Solutions Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Relationship Manager – Plant IT to bridge manufacturing operations with information technology. Our Electronics business segment is seeking a Manufacturing Relationship Manager – Plant IT to support a growing manufacturing operation. This role serves as the key link between manufacturing operations and IT, helping ensure technology solutions support site performance, reliability, compliance, and business objectives.

YOUR ROLE

As the Manufacturing Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary IT partner for plant leadership, translating manufacturing technology needs into strategic priorities and successful IT initiatives. You will collaborate with plant management, supply chain teams, and global IT functions to develop and execute a manufacturing IT strategy aligned with corporate standards while meeting the demands of a high-volume, regulated manufacturing environment.

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including 5+ years in IT business partnership roles in a manufacturing environment.OR experience: 5–8 years in IT service management, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Extensive IT leadership experience in business partnering, service delivery, and program management within the Asia region.

• Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative skills to interpret data and create decision-supporting reports/models.
• Solid understanding of large‑scale manufacturing operations and supporting digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective, scalable IT solutions.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences .
