Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including 5+ years in IT business partnership roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive IT leadership experience in business partnering, service delivery, and program management.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main IT interface for the Manufacturing Plant.
• Understand financial, operational, and performance drivers and align IT initiatives.
• Advocate for value-driven digital solutions that enhance safety, quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Execute global digitalization strategies for the plant.
• Define and evolve the plant's manufacturing IT strategy and roadmap.
• Balance global IT standards with local manufacturing needs.
• Prioritize initiatives with IT delivery teams and ensure reliable execution.
• Identify how digital technologies unlock manufacturing value.
• Support operations with structured analysis of tech and process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement focused on quality, safety, productivity, and compliance.
• Participate in audits to ensure SOX compliance.
• Drive improvements through performance reviews and action follow-up.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT teams.
