Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BPM, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including 5+ years in IT business partnership roles in manufacturing.
• Extensive IT leadership in business partnering, service delivery, and program management in the Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT partner for plant leadership, translating manufacturing technology needs into strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with plant management, supply chain teams, and global IT to develop and execute a manufacturing IT strategy.
• Drive site performance, reliability, compliance, and business objectives through IT initiatives.
