Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Director of IT & Industrial Systems for a new steel processing plant in Northeast Arkansas. This on-site role owns both IT and OT, reporting to the General Manager, and is not a pure PLC programming position.
You will lead ERP/MES integration, manage vendors, design plant networks, and develop a roadmap for automation and cybersecurity, with a base salary of $120,000-$180,000 and an annual performance bonus.
Competenze
- 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
- Manufacturing, distribution, steel processing, or industrial automation background preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP and/or MES environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; significant manufacturing technology experience may substitute.
- Ability to manage technology and automation vendors.
Mansioni
- Lead IT and OT integration across ERP, MES, and automation.
- Troubleshoot APIs, databases, network interfaces, and system interfaces.
- Document interfaces, data flows, IP addressing, network architecture, and system dependencies.
- Develop security policies and vendor management for continuity and compliance.
