Manufacturing Relationship Manager – Plant IT

Our Electronics business segment is seeking a role to support a growing manufacturing operation.

YOUR ROLE

As the Manufacturing Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary IT partner for plant leadership, translating manufacturing technology needs into strategic priorities and successful IT initiatives. You will collaborate with plant management, supply chain teams, and global IT functions to develop and execute a manufacturing IT strategy aligned with corporate standards while meeting the demands of a high-volume, regulated manufacturing environment.

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including 5+ years in IT business partnership roles in a manufacturing environment. OR experience: 5–8 years in IT service management, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Extensive IT leadership experience in business partnering, service delivery, and program management within the Asia region.
