Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in manufacturing/production.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and waste reduction.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize facility layouts, material flow, and equipment placement to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Perform time studies, labor utilization assessments, and process analyses to identify cost reductions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and new product launches.
• Support quoting and planning activities for new programs and changes to operations.
• Evaluate processes to implement ergonomic improvements ensuring safety and quality.
