Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation seeks a proactive Environmental, Health, Safety, Training & Plant Administration Manager to lead our facility's safety programs, employee training, and regulatory compliance. This role also supports purchasing and plant administration functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will drive a strong safety culture, coordinate OSHA reporting, manage hazardous materials programs, and oversee contractor safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; or five years in EHS, training, or plant administration.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, hazardous materials, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with PSM, HAZWOPER, DOT, SDS management, incident investigation, and contractor safety is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the facility's HS&E programs, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate employee safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage PPE programs, SDS, and environmental compliance reporting.
