The role partners with Plant Leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, while ensuring policy compliance, payroll accuracy and employee development.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of plant HR management in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to coach leadership on employee concerns and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee relations at the plant.
• Ensure compliance, payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Develop and enforce HR policies; maintain employee records and reports.
• Coach Plant Leadership on employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate safety programs and performance reviews with leadership.
