Graham Packaging Company in Selah, WA is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead people operations at the manufacturing plant. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, attendance policy administration, and employee relations to support production goals.

You will partner with Plant Leadership on staffing and safety programs, administer workers’ compensation, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years Human Resources Manager experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Understand, follow, and enforce safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and retention of plant employees.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to maintain staffing levels aligned to budget.
• Process weekly payroll and administer attendance policy.
• Administer workers’ compensation claims and manage case documentation.
• Maintain HR records and compile reports on hiring, turnover, and training.
• Represent the organization at personnel hearings and investigations.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding to support objectives.
• Provide guidance to Plant Leadership on employee concerns and disciplinary action.
• Act as Plant Safety Coordinator and manage safety programs.
• Coordinate with temporary labor agencies for staffing and pay records.
• Review invoices and address temporary worker issues.
• Lead special projects as needed.
