Job summary

Graham Packaging, a leader in sustainable packaging, seeks a Senior Plant Human Resources Manager to drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll in the plant. You will partner with Plant Leadership to align HR programs with business goals and ensure legal compliance across HR activities.

You will develop training, manage safety programs, and coordinate with staffing agencies to meet daily production needs, while coaching leaders on employee performance and policy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years HR Manager experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Interacting with managers, employees, vendors, and customers is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, payroll, compensation, safety and benefits in the plant.
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures; maintain records and reports.
• Coach Plant Leadership on employee concerns, performance, and disciplinary actions to ensure policy compliance.
