You will oversee recruitment for hourly roles, benefits administration, and safety training while partnering with management to drive workforce planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Knowledge of labor relations, employee relations, compliance, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for plant management, employees, and union representatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and contract administration.
• Oversee labor relations activities, including union communication and arbitration when necessary.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance, maintain OSHA logs, and complete safety reporting.
• Administer FMLA, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs.
• Manage recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for hourly employees.
• Oversee benefits administration and provide employee support.
• Coordinate plant safety programs, training, and hearing testing.
• Partner with plant management on HR strategy and workforce planning.
