Silgan Closures in New Castle, PA is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at the manufacturing facility. You will oversee employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, HR compliance, and safety program coordination to support plant leadership and business objectives.

You will partner with management to enhance engagement, maintain lawful practices, and drive workforce initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, labor relations, or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations at the New Castle, PA facility.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive engagement and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Oversee benefits administration for hourly employees and onboarding processes.
• Maintain HRIS records, process changes, and documentation.
• Manage unemployment claims and support workforce transitions.
