You will drive employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and development, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on floor presence.

The role emphasizes culture, safety, and continuous improvement, collaborating with safety and operations to support a high-performing workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of federal and New Jersey employment laws.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried staff.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

• Serve as primary HR resource for plant employees and leadership.
