Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for Phoenix and Tucson. You will partner with site leadership on recruiting, employee relations, workers’ compensation, HRIS, onboarding, attendance, and day‑to‑day HR needs, with regular travel between locations.

You will manage employee relations, lead recruiting and onboarding for plant production, professional, and leadership roles, and collaborate on workforce planning and compensation strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, including HR Manager-level responsibility.
• Experience working on a plant floor and with operations teams.
• Conversational Spanish-speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives for Phoenix and Tucson sites, partnering with leadership on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruiting and onboarding for plant production, professional, and leadership roles.
• Manage attendance, HRIS data, and compliance (workers compensation, unemployment).
• Collaborate with enterprise HR on company-wide initiatives.
• Travel regularly between Phoenix and Tucson locations.
