6 Degrees Search is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead manufacturing HR initiatives, including design, talent management, and employee relations. You will ensure policy compliance, safety adherence, and effective benefits administration.

The role requires extensive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication, and a proven ability to motivate and develop teams while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
