Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring teams across front-line, engineering, and manufacturing roles in the Madera, CA plant. You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance.

You will use ATS, AI-enabled tools, and data to improve speed to hire and influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience advising hiring managers on recruiting strategies, HR practices, and OFCCP compliance.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing across digital and traditional channels.
• Experience using an ATS (UKG or similar HRIS)
• Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidates.
• Ability to build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and personal accountability.
• Experience in either an in-house or agency recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to execute hiring strategies.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and expectations.
• Lead full life-cycle recruiting from intake to close.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via ATS, job boards, social platforms, and networks.
• Provide a high-quality, customer-focused candidate experience with clear communication.
• Use data and market trends to improve recruiting speed and effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening.
• Coordinate offer development and negotiations to secure top talent.
• Ensure OFCCP compliance and company policies.
• Support hiring events and site visits.
