Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive HR experience in manufacturing or plant environment.
• Experience as primary or lead HR professional at a facility.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, wage/hour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR leader for the facility across multiple shifts.
• Partner with plant leadership to align HR with operational goals.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain HR records and support compensation and benefits.
