Meyer Utility Structures in Lancaster, SC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our plant. You will direct policies, programs and staff to support culture, hiring, retention and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years HR experience in industrial manufacturing, LEAN knowledge, strong relationship skills and the ability to align HR with safety, quality and production goals. Union and non-union environments are considered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing; LEAN manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Experience supporting HR in union and non-union environments; union avoidance programs a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer HR strategic plans for plant personnel, including talent management and retention.
• Plan, organize and control all activities of the HR Department.
• Implement compensation programs, job descriptions, and merit pool budgets.
• Manage benefit enrollment and employee communications.
• Coordinate safety, worker's compensation, and policy cost-effectiveness reviews.
• Maintain EEO records and affirmative action programs to comply with regulations.
• Lead staffing and recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Align HR objectives with production, quality and finance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in people management with a sense of urgency.
