Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Plant HR Generalist in American Falls, ID. The role partners with management and departments to ensure HR deliverables, enable staffing, employee relations, training, and HR planning initiatives.

You will handle retention, hiring, orientation, andpolicy implementation to support business goals. Responsibilities include data analysis, program leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years of professional HR experience.
• Knowledge of local and statutory HR laws required.
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS and payroll systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership for assigned team.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and support leadership.
• Analyze HR data and generate ad hoc reports (turnover, hires, transfers).
• Lead HR programs including retention, terminations, severance, and unemployment.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on projects.
• Ensure HR compliance with local and statutory laws.
