Job summary

The Plant HR Generalist at Lamb Weston in American Falls, ID partners with management to deliver HR programs and services. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR policy deployment while aligning with our values of teamwork and integrity.

You will drive HR initiatives, manage data analysis, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to ensure compliant and effective HR operations on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Advanced degree or certification specific to human resources preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources required.
• Experience with HR compliance and labor laws preferred.
• Experience with payroll/HCM systems and benefits administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day HR partnership and consultation for assigned teams.
• Supports implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Analyzes HR metrics such as turnover and hiring data to drive solutions.
• Leads programs on employment, retention, and employee relations.
• Collaborates across COEs and business functions to support HR initiatives.
• Ensures HR compliance with local laws and regulations.
